Real Estate Circle of Excellence
(Upcomming RECE Meeting May 13, 2008) Mark your calendar for the next Real Estate Circle of Excellence meeting on May 13, 2008, in Snead Hall, the new School of Business building, 301 W. Main Street, Room B3189 on the third floor. The continental breakfast will begin at 7:30 a.m.

The program will consist of presentations by graduate students from the VCU Real Estate Program's Real Estate Development course. The students will present their semester-long group-based projects that culminate into a proposal for a real estate development of a site and specific use they have identified. The work encompasses many aspects of the development process, including market analysis, government regulation and financial feasibility. We hope you will join us as we showcase some of our students.

Validated parking for the meeting will be at the Jefferson Parking Deck, located at the corner of Jefferson and Cary Streets.
