Andrew M. Condlin
Andy Condlin is a partner in the Land Use Group of the Real Estate
Section at Williams Mullen. where he represents developers and land
owners in every aspect of commercial real estate with a specialization
in land use, zoning, economic development, historic preservation and
local government law matters. Mr. Condlin also assists in guiding
developers through permitting, final approval and construction of
residential, office, retail and industrial projects. Mr. Condlin
publishes Land Use Lines, a quarterly journal providing updates on land
use, zoning, historic preservation and development rights issues. He has
written numerous articles and speaks regularly on land use and zoning
matters.
