Robert W. Taylor
Mr. Taylor specializes in real estate valuation , brokerage, consulting, and litigation support.
He is the past president of the Virginia Commonwealth Chapter of the Appraisal Institute. He has been published in The Appraisal Journal. He is a member of the Appraisal Institute,
International Right of Way Association, Rho Epsilon Real Estate Fraternity, Alpha Sigma Gamma (the International Real Estate Honor Society),
the American Real Estate Society, the American Real Estate and Urban Economics Association, and Urban Land Institute. He is the
immediate past National Chairman
of the Real Estate Center Directors and Chairholders Association. Mr.
Taylor serves as a course reviewer for the Appraisal foundation.

Twenty years as a real estate appraiser, consultant and broker. Clients include numerous corporations, state agencies,
attorneys, and individuals including Alcoa, Bank of America, Branch Bank and Trust, Dominion-Virginia Power, Eastman Kodak,
Exxon/Mobil, SunTrust Bank, Wachovia Corporation, Federal Deposit Insurance Commission, Commonwealth of Virginia, City of Newport News,
Counties of Chesterfield, Hanover, and Henrico to name a few. Qualified as an expert witness in US Bankruptcy Court as well as numerous
Circuit Courts.
