Real Estate Circle of Excellence Meeting

jamesryanOur second meeting for the new year took a place at Willow Oaks Country Club on April 24, 2007. James Ryan provided his insight on Wetlands Regulation.

James Ryan has a comprehensive environmental law practice with experience in all aspects of environmental law. He specializes in wetlands permitting and municipal water project development, corporate environmental audit programs, permitting of industrial plant development and expansion projects and environmental litigation. He also has environmental litigation experience in federal and state courts and administrative hearings.

Over the last decade, Virginia Commonwealth University’s Real Estate Circle of Excellence - representing real-estate and mortgage-lending executives from throughout Virginia - have significantly contributed to the Program, by providing internships, externships, guest lecturers and scholarship.
