Undergraduate Program in Real Estate
At the undergraduate level, the Real Estate and Land Development major leads to the Bachelor of Science degree. It requires 120 semester hours of which 27 are Real Estate major courses. This program introduces students to basic principles of real estate as well as property management, real estate law, real estate appraisal, and real estate finance. By effectively selecting electives, students can also learn the essentials of real estate negotiation, brokerage, and land use planning. Available internships provide real world experience, which prepare students to enter a variety of careers in the real estate profession.
